Corcoran’s First Annual West Village Charity Dog Walk

A while back I wrote a column about a fun day coming to the West Village for dogs. (Also, cats but dogs are the main focus as cats cannot really be walked on leashes.) My sweet Noah crossed the rainbow bridge today, he died peacefully in my arms blessing me with one more kiss before he passed. I imagine he’s in dog heaven, splashed in sunlight, wrapped in a cozy blanket waiting for me.

Ming was something of a showstopper, my Dad was delighted at the admiring comments from neighborhood friends on her daily walks, with a car once stopping traffic to remark that Ming “was simply adorable.”

We were also delighted to learn Imogen is new to the Village, so here we are welcoming her to the neighborhood. A fun fact: she learned how to open the door to her crate.

Mia was a Maltese Poodle, three years of age when she was given to Liza to foster. Mia had several medical problems and Liza made sure she received the medical care she deserved. They bonded during that time. Liza adopted her and they lived together for 13 years.
