Corrections
In the April 2024 article about Bella Abzug Way, the location should have stated the location as the corner of Greenwich Avenue and Bank Street, not Bank Avenue.

In the April 2024 article about NYCHA Fulton-Elliott-Chelsea Houses (FEC), and affordable housing, Essence Development has provided these updates and clarifications:

• There are reportedly 4,500 residents currently living in FEC, not just 3,000, although it is still just a guesstimate;

• The overall NYCHA backlogs of repairs is currently reported as a $78 billion issue; not just $60 billion;

• Gregory Russ was NYCHA’s CEO and Chairman, not just the former General Manager;

• Jamar Adams is the Founder & Managing Principal of Essence, not just Principal;

• In an update of Jamar Adams’s quote regarding the Meanwhile Plan, “… and assisting NYCHA’s on-site management staff with specific in-unit repairs” instead of “…and completing numerous in-unit repairs.”

• The “local grocers” in the quote of Ruchika Modi are to be affordable health grocers, not standard grocers.
