Joy In The Moment — What If?

Are you one of those people whose mind is busy thinking about “What if this?” or “What if that?”
These ‘what if’ thoughts can have a big impact on you and your peace of mind. They can make you feel down and afraid of things that ‘may’ happen in the future or these thoughts can make you feel excited about the positive possibilities that may happen in the future.
We don’t know the future, all we know is now.
You may have dreams of what you want in life, but then all the negative ‘what if’ thoughts come up and stop you from taking that chance.
These ‘dreams’ can be enlightening thoughts.
Don’t let the worrisome ‘what ifs’ become excuses to stop you.
So, what is it for you this month? Will you allow your mind to listen to these negative “what if’s” or take advantage of the opportunities being offered to you? Will you have some peace of mind in the now and hopefully in the future? You have a choice by changing your mind. As the saying goes, “change your thoughts and change your life.” And, have some joy in the moment.
