Power to Change

Sometimes you may not think you have the power to change. But you do. First, identify what it is you want to change. Next, identify who or what it is you think has to change.

Expect Nothing! You won’t be let down.

Have you ever looked forward to an occasion, be it time with someone, a trip, a gift, a holiday…you name it? Then, when it didn’t work out as expected, or better said, as you expected, then you felt let down?

What’s in a Label?

There are several definitions of labels. A label can be a noun or a verb. A noun would be a word or phrase that describes a person, group, or thing. A verb would mean to affix a label to, to make with a label, or describe by a label.

Be FOR Not Against

In thinking about fighting against something, I am reminded of a violent feeling of fighting against something versus the feeling of being FOR something.
There seems to be some ‘negative’ energy related to fighting against rather than the positive energy when considering what we’re for. Often, the outcome is much more positive too.

Joy in the Moment

Years ago, when a salesperson knocked on your door, if you opened it and bought something, the salesperson came back to sell you more? These days, if you look something up online or give to an organization, guess what? You’ll hear from them again!
